This cozy retreat offers stunning views of the lake and a gorgeous neighborhood beach, perfect for a relaxing getaway. Enjoy breathtaking sunrises from the spacious deck, or unwind in the beautifully decorated interior. The cottage features modern amenities, comfortable furnishings, and an open-concept living area.

*Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit of $250 is required for this stay and is released after checkout if there is no damage. After booking, you`ll receive a link to complete online check-in, where you can pay the deposit or choose a non-refundable damage waiver of $39 in place of the deposit, which covers accidental damage during your stay
- Do NOT park on road or in neighbors` way!
- All furniture must be put back where it is found!
- No Shoes on while inside the home
- Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM
- Please respect our neighbors by not having loud music or by yelling and using profanity (many are permanent residents!)
- Garbage must be bagged up, put into trash bins at the end of the drive way at departure.
- You must be 25 or older to rent this cottage
- Please note: RVs, tents, and campers are not permitted at our homes. Failure to comply will result in applicable fees.
