„The property was very well maintained and equipped. Beautifully decorated and lovely enclosed outdoor area for our dog to play. The only downside was that the water flow was pretty inconsistent and it was very hot weather so a bigger fan would’ve been great as it gets very hot. Other than that, it was a lovely stay.“

„The Pod was amazing, we don’t think the photos do it justice! We had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay and would love to visit again. Kevin and Michelle have thought of everything and were excellent with communicating details for directions and check in/out times. The location is brilliant, so close to St Ives and Carbis Bay, and the main bus route is right on the main road. Would highly recommend to anyone considering staying here. “

We got the train so cannot comment on parking, but the flat is on a pedestrianised shopping street so there is no vehicular drop off immediately outside. Punktabzug gibt es für: 1. man muss beim Frühstück extra zahlen, wenn man eine „Kaffeespezialität“ wie einen Cappuccino bestellen möchte. 2. unter unserem Tisch im Zimmer lag noch Dreck vom vorherigen Gast. 3. am Abend wurden wir an der (nicht sehr vollen) Bar nicht proaktiv bedient, sondern sind nach einigen Minuten an die Bar zum bestellen gegangen. Alles eigentlich Kleinigkeiten, dennoch trübt das das sonst sehr gute Ambiente."

In unserem Apartment hat es etwas gemüffelt. Keine Kochmöglichkeit, lediglich Mikrowelle und Backofen vorhanden. Guter Fussweg ins Zentrum (ca 15 Minuten)."

Alles sehr sauber und der Spabereich geht in Ordnung mit Schwimmbad und Sportgeräte. Das Zimmer ist sauber und die Betten sind am Abend sauber bezogen und auch die Bäder sind sauber. Das Frühstück ist zu empfehlen."

"Lovely and very professionally & efficiently run hotel. Loved the cozy atmosphere in the bar, special mention to Maja for her friendliness. Really enjoyed having a decent sized swimming pool and being able to have a swim before breakfast. Our only - slight - gripe was breakfast in that we had to point out to the breakfast waiting staff that the bread had run out 20 minutes ago - they hadn't noticed - but this was rectified immediately. The breakfast service was also quite slow and the coffee was cold. But, all in all a fabulous stay and I've already recommended the hotel to a friend who's planning on going to Falmouth."

" Außer dem eigentlichen Hotel gibt es direkt nebenan eine Reihe von schönen Apartments. Unser geräumiges Apartment erstreckte sich über zwei Etagen: oben die gut eingerichtete und vollausgestattete recht große Küchenzeile mit einer gemütlichen Sitzgruppe, unten der sehr große Schlafbereich mit einem schönen Badezimmer, das sich - origineller Weise - hinter zwei schrankähnlichem Türen befindet. Alles war sehr neu und in sehr gutem Zustand. Parkmöglichkeiten direkt vor der Tür. Das Frühstück ließ indes sehr zu wünschen übrig. Es gab leider nur das „Basisangebot“. Selbst Eierspeisen mussten zusätzlich bezahlt werden, was nicht nur uns verwunderte. Bei einem Hotel dieser Kategorie hätte ich diesbzgl mehr erwartet."
