The Cocoonr agency is offering this charming holiday home for rent in Bray-Dunes, just 150 metres from the beach and 2 minutes from the resort centre. It has a floor area of 60 m² and can accommodate up to 8 guests.

The accommodation is laid out as follows:

On the ground floor:
– A living area with a double sofa bed (180×190), a pull-out bed (90×190), a TV and a coffee corner.
– A fully equipped kitchen including: an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
– A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200).
– A bathroom with a shower and a toilet.

On the 1st floor:
– A mezzanine with a bunk bed (sleeps 2, 120x190) and a single bed (90x190).
– A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200).

Outside:
– A secure, shared courtyard of 70 m² with outdoor furniture to enjoy sunny days.

For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional equipment: portable air conditioner, high chair, washing machine, tumble dryer and fan.

The house is ideally situated in Bray-Dunes, right next to the resort centre and the Tourist Office, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market…

– To allow you to arrive independently, a key box is available for arrivals from 4 pm onwards. The code will be sent to you on the day of arrival in your booking summary. A welcome booklet containing all the practical information you need to access the property will also be sent to you.
– To ensure the peace and quiet of the neighbourhood, noise levels in the courtyard must be kept to a minimum after 8 pm.
