Style, quality and comfort are in abundance at Sharland's 11 - a 4 bedroom holiday home sleeping up to 10 people. located close to the heart of Croyde village and within easy walking distance of the famous surfing beach, this property has everything you need for a family holiday to remember!

Living/Dining/Cooking
On the first floor, the large open plan kitchen/dining/living room offers contemporary features and plenty of space for the whole family. The kitchen is well equipped and fitted with high quality integrated appliances including a dishwasher, washing machine, double electric oven, hob and microwave. A filter coffee machine is also provided. The large dining table with seating for 10 enjoys wonderful views through the bi-fold doors which open onto a lovely, south facing Juliet balcony - this overlooks the garden and surrounding hillside of Downend. The living area provides comfortable seating for 10 with a large corner sofa and additional chairs. There is a Smart TV and bi-fold doors which open to a Juliet balcony to the front offering views over Croyde and the surrounding countryside.

Sleeping/Bathing
The lovely master suite is located on the first floor and offers a king size bed, Smart TV and bi-fold doors opening onto a Juliet balcony with views across the village and countryside. There is a dressing room with ample built in wardrobe and storage space plus an en-suite bathroom with a contemporary free-standing bath, separate shower and his & hers vanity unit.

To the ground floor, there is a double bedroom with en-suite shower room and patio doors leading out to the rear garden and terrace. This room has a King size bed. A further double bedroom with doors leading to the rear terrace and gardens can be configured as a twin or super king. There is also a bunkbed room and family bathroom. The garden room provides a welcome space for children/teenagers to relax with a Smart TV. This room also has the benefit of a sofa bed (suitable for children only) which can be set up for an additional 2 guests on request. There is a family bathroom on the ground floor with a bath and toilet. There is also access to the double garage with a pool table for your enjoyment and secure storage of boards/bikes/kayaks (also accessible from the driveway).

Outside
Outside there is a large, south facing rear garden and terrace with table and chairs seating up to 10 people - the ultimate 'al-fresco' dining experience! A coal BBQ is provided and to the front of the property, there is driveway parking for 2 vehicles.

BOOKING INFORMATION
Please note that you are booking via an external channel and not directly through Ocean Cottages, therefore any information not provided directly from Ocean Cottages cannot be fully relied upon and pricing may differ. Please check payment and cancellation terms prior to confirming your booking.

There is a refundable security deposit of £250 payable with the final balance (not applicable to Airbnb bookings) - please note this will not be shown in the total cost of the booking on the summary screen. The security deposit is refunded within 14 days of departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).

Full payment is due if arrival is within 10 weeks. For bookings made 10+ weeks in advance a deposit of 50% plus the £60 non-refundable booking fee is due. The final balance and security deposit (if applicable) is payable 8 weeks prior to arrival.

For Bookings confirmed with VRBO, Ocean Cottages will take your payment prior to confirming your booking, this could be up to 72 hours after receiving your confirmation from VRBO. If we are unable to accept your booking, we will contact you as soon as possible. Airbnb take payment on our behalf and pay us after your stay, they will confirm the dates and amounts due when you make your booking.

It is not possible to add any extras when booking via VRBO/Airbnb and therefore the costs of any extras will not be included within the price shown, extras must be requested and paid for directly with Ocean Cottages.

We booked this property for our friends 40th birthday celebrations..The property is so beautiful & was perfect for our stay. The bedrooms are large & spacious. The upstairs area was perfect for us all to be together without feeling on top of eachother..

This was our 3rd year going to Croyde. The house was large and airy. Lovely big garden for the children to play in. The children loved the Pool Table and Air Hockey in the garage We did not like the upstairs living with bedrooms downstairs. Had to go through the garage to get to the garden for early morning cuppa as all the bedrooms and garden room were in use. No privacy in the lounge at night as there are no blinds/curtains. People from other properties could see straight in. Upstairs, outdoor seating and steps to the garden like the house next-door would be a big improvement! All in all we had a good time but would not go back to this property.

Lovely modern house with excellent facilities and lots of space, we were a Family of 10, 6 Adults and 4 Children aged 7-12, huge upstairs living area, lovely big garden, outside shower for washing down wet suits etc, the pool and air hockey tables in the garage went down very well, particularly as we had some mixed weather. A couple of small observations, the Garden room Sofa Bed would not be suitable for 2 adults and although there is a larger fridge in the garage the kitchen fridge is small. However this is a lovely house and we would not hesitate to return in the future.

The photos and videos of this house really don’t do it justice! It is a ‘wow’ house equipped with everything you could possibly need. Iv never stayed in a holiday rental with such a stocked out kitchen, we were never short of a glass!! The only slight downside was that from the downstairs bedrooms you could here every footstep upstairs, but this wouldn’t put me off staying again

We booked this beautiful, modern spacious property to celebrate a surprise family members 80th birthday. The property was exactly as described we were not disappointed with anything. The birthday girl was over joyed with the property and all of its well equipped facilities and location. All ages in our group were very pleased with being able to spend time as a family with dogs, taking nearby beach walks & using the local pub .
