With its glorious golden sands and a selection of restaurants, pubs and shops, it’s a stunning location for great holiday. Putsborough, with its spectacular beach and rock pools, is also nearby, and the beautiful beaches of Woolacombe and Saunton Sands are just a short drive away. North Devon has a host of activities on offer to complement the wonderful scenery, including Exmoor National Park, the delightful towns of Ilfracombe and Barnstaple, or you could take a boat trip to Lundy or discover one of the many National Trust properties in the area.

On arrival you can appreciate the level of care and craftsmanship which has gone into creating this beautiful holiday home. With underfloor heating throughout, the spacious hall leads through to a fabulously bright and spacious open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner where natural light pours in through full-height bi-fold doors. Throw them wide open to connect with the great outdoors. A stylish dining area allows for formal entertaining, or simply relax in the comfy chairs and watch the large Smart TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. This property sleeps four adults in comfort in the two superb bedrooms, which can be found by heading back down the hallway. The master has a super-king-size bed and seating area overlooking the private garden, as well as an impressive en-suite bathroom with double-ended bath, separate shower and WC. The generously-sized second room has twin beds and a stylish en-suite with walk-in rain shower and WC.

Stepping outside, you can relax or dine on the spacious sun deck, overlooking a secluded private garden. Here you are surrounded by established fruit trees and shrubs, and backing onto open countryside. The property has its own gated entrance. a real gem of a property.
