„es war solala, wie angedeutet, besser ich hätte einDoppelzimmer zur Alleinbenutzung gebucht, statt ein Einzelzimmer (Besenkammer 9,5 m2) schlimm.“

„A beautiful building but in need of renovating, most of it was clean but a lot of high dust and cobwebs, the dining room was not clean at all, tables needed cleaning and food left uncovered with flies around, the staff was polite and friendly.“

„Very clean with welcoming staff. Breakfast had an excellent choice and cooked meal was outstanding. We also had an evening. Meal with friends and this was also excellent with a good choice of food. Our room had everything one could need.“

„Saubere und moderne Zimmer, großer Parkplatz, leider kein Frühstücksangebot“

„From the minute we arrived to the minute we left the owner was very polite, helpful and welcoming and tentative. This is the 1st time we have stayed in this establishment and I will wholeheartedly recommend Northdale to everyone. The price is reasonable, the breakfast you receive is more than adequate. Fantastic location to the beach and town. No problems with parking. I would definitely recommend the deluxe suite as its the largest room in the whole hotel. There is a separate living room area ...

„Room and private bathroom was very clean, had a lovely hot shower, staff was polite and helpful, parking was not a problem at all“

„A picturesque cottage and garden with very clean, well appointed modern facilities. Breakfast was excellent and the owner was very helpful.“

„Lack of staff you have to phone a number to talk to someone and there was no breakfast like it said bed and breakfast otherwise it was ok it had a nice shower“

„We had a cottage. Next time we would book a room in the main building“

„It's in a good location, poor hygiene levels, bed bugs, cold in Autumn/winter, damp in bathrooms/not very well ventilated, the hotel needs pest control and a spruce up with new carpets, beds & mattresses, need proper cleaners, the shower step is too high especially for disabled people.“

„We were in skegness a little earlier, but it was a bit rainy day . Aramide let as ceck in bit earlier then schedule, as the flat was ready and she didn't want us to hang around in the rain. Thank you Aramide for that. Olso the flat was clean and confortable, I can't fault any part of the experience. Raccomend any time.“

„Great location and very welcoming hosts“

„I would rate this as at the very best 2 star“

„We stayed for just one night, staff very helpful in arrival. Room 12, quite compact but just about big enough, on suite was also compact but useful, clothes shelving was very dusty and marked a dark blue top and the mattress was well past its sell by date, could feel straight through it so no good for bad backs or metal hips! Kettle was a plus after a long journey and it was very quiet throughout the night, we would stay again but a better room.“

„Great value, great location, friendly team, very helpful, this is my second stay here and I will definitely return.“

„A lovely quiet hotel. The room was enormous and had a brilliant TV. I just need a quiet sleep and a base whilst visiting sites. This was a good find. Thankyou“
