The Space:

Located in the exclusive Stonebridge Gated Community, this meticulously kept home is welcoming right from the front porch to the homey details throughout. It's clear that this home was designed to give you the best Branson getaway. Enjoy the community amenities that features 2 pools, golf course, club house w/ work-out gym, restaurant and more!



The main floor features an open-concept design making it ideal for quality time among guests. The space highlights gorgeous wooden-plank peaked ceilings that make the space feel grand. Throughout the home, especially the bedrooms, you’ll be able to admire different custom woodwork - the craftsmanship is incredible.



The home offers not one, but two spacious living areas. The living area on the main floor has a Smart TV, a beautiful floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace, and a sofa sleeper. The second living area is found on the lower floor and features a Smart TV, 2 twin beds, and access to the back deck. The back deck offers a few different seating options for conversation or dining. Kitchen equipped with waffle iron and crockpot.



Back inside, head upstairs to the main floor - there’s still plenty of space to review! The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to whip up some signature dishes from home. A large island with stools is perfect for extra prep space and serving up casual meals. For more formal dining, a table for 8 awaits steps away.



The home sleeps up to 10 guests comfortably between 3 private bedrooms, the lower-level living room, and the sofa sleeper on the main floor. Each space is furnished with one-of-a-kind custom beds and cozy linens to ensure everyone has a restful stay.



Bedroom #1 is outfitted with a king-size bed, Smart TV, and private en-suite bathroom. The en-suite offers a walk-in shower.



Bedroom #2 is identical to the 1st with a king-size bed, Smart TV, and private en-suite bathroom. The en-suite offers an oversized jetted shower/tub combo.



Bedroom #3 offers a queen-size bed and Smart TV.



An additional full bathroom with a shower/tub combo is stocked to accommodate guests.



THINGS TO NOTE:

- This is a walk-down unit, requiring 11 stair steps to reach the elevator. There is NO elevator.

- There are 4 parking spots available in the driveway. As of January 1, 2026, there is a $7.00 per night, per vehicle fee to all nightly rental guests paid to the POA when you check in. This is a mandatory fee that the POA Board of Directors has decided to charge. We do not have any control over it and the fee cannot be waived.

- On the day of arrival, all guests will receive a text message from the local team to obtain the AMENITIES PASS from the Welcome Center at Stone Bridge.

- Early Check-In / Late Check Out: These options are based on availability and are NOT INCLUDED in your reservation. Additional fees may apply. Please contact us in advance if you’re interested.

- NO SMOKING.

- This home is not pet-friendly. If there is found evidence of an animal presence during your stay or post check-out, you will be charged additional cleaning fees.

- A laundry area is available for guest use.

- The communal outdoor pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

- Communal pools, hot tubs, and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.



The exclusive gated-community of StoneBridge Village offers many on-site amenities for you to enjoy including the LedgeStone 18-hole, par 71, championship golf course, the LedgeStone Club House and adjoining LedgeStone Grille for your dining enjoyment, a gym, two inviting pools for a relaxing day of sun & fun, adventurous walking trails and playgrounds for the little ones. The home is less than 4 miles from the White River Balds Natural Area, a 362-acre nature preserve with rolling green glades, hiking trails, and scenic landscapes. Silver Dollar City, only 7 minutes and just 2.8 miles away, is a 61-acre amusement park with an 1880’s theme and great for family fun! Downtown Branson, just 10.5 miles away, is a historic town dotted with dozens of restaurants, boutiques, and specialty stores. It’s simple to navigate downtown by walking, riding a bike, or hopping on the free downtown trolley. While downtown, it’s common to stumble upon a local festival, live music, and other noteworthy events.
