Sliding glass doors lead you out to a private balcony, where a bench swing and outdoor seating offer a quiet spot to sip your morning coffee or enjoy a sunset dinner with tree-lined views.

• This home is not pet-friendly. If there is found evidence of an animal presence during your stay or post check-out, you will be charged additional cleaning fees.

• Anglers will love the convenience of a nearby pond just a short walk from the condo, perfect for private catch-and-release fishing. Be sure to bring your own poles!
• The communal outdoor pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
• Communal pools, hot tubs, and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.
