The Space:

Inside, the main living area features comfortable seating, a smart TV, and a stone fireplace. Large windows and glass doors bring in natural light and views of the surrounding greenery. The nearby kitchen includes a stove, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, cookware, dishes, a blender, and a drip coffee maker, making it easy to prepare meals during your stay. The dining table seats up to eight, with additional counter seating for six. Downstairs, the game room features a pool table, bar area, and queen sleeper sofa, giving guests another place to gather and enjoy time together.



This home comfortably sleeps 12 guests in five bedrooms, with a queen size sleeper sofa in the game room.



Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, a smart TV, and patio access.



Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed and a smart TV.



Bedroom #3 includes a king size bed, a smart TV, patio access, and an ensuite bathroom.



Bedroom #4 includes a triple stack twin-over-twin bunk bed and a smart TV.



Bedroom #5 includes a full-size bed, a twin-size bed, and a smart TV.



The home has four bathrooms. The basement-level full bathroom features a walk-in shower. The first-floor full bathroom features a separate shower and tub in a Jack-and-Jill layout accessible from Bedrooms 3 and 4. The second-floor full bathroom features a shower/tub combo. An additional half bathroom is located on the first floor.



THINGS TO NOTE

- This condo is a two-level unit with access on the main floor.

- Washer and dryer are available for guest use.

- Three parking spaces are available in the parking lot.

- One Ring security camera is located at the front door.

- A parking pass is required. Three passes are available and must be purchased at the welcome center for $7 per vehicle, per night.

The exclusive gated community of StoneBridge Village offers many onsite amenities to enjoy, including the LedgeStone 18-hole, par 71 championship golf course, the Club House and adjoining Grille, a gym, two pools, walking trails, and playgrounds. The home is less than 4 miles from the White River Balds Natural Area, a 362-acre nature preserve with hiking trails and scenic landscapes. Silver Dollar City is about 10 minutes away, offering an 1880s-themed amusement park experience. Downtown Branson is approximately 20 minutes away, with restaurants, boutiques, specialty stores, live music, local festivals, and a free downtown trolley.
