Horrible Check-in, Wonderful Property
I would have given 5 stars for the property itself, because it was absolutely pristine- clean, beautifully decorated for Christmas.
However, due to the horrible directions to the property, the lack of lighting outside the buildings, the nearly invisible building numbers even in the daylight, and the fact that even the front desk and security officer would not locate the proper building with the instructions we were given, I have to give this property a lower rating. When I finally received a callback from the 24-hr emergency line the guy informed me that the instructions are outdated due to additional buildings constructed on the same road. Overall it took us 2 hours to get into the unit from our arrival on-site. The welcome center said this is not the first time they have had trouble with this. They should be trained, there should be lighting on the building numbers, and most importantly the check in directions should include a better description of how to locate the appropriate building (as “all the way down on the right” is inaccurate).
