Step inside and you’ll find a bright, welcoming space designed for comfort. The living room invites you to settle in with a comfortable chaise sleeper sofa, an armchair with ottoman, and a smart TV—ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring. Just beyond, the kitchen features stainless steel appliances, stone countertops, and a dual drip/Keurig coffee maker to make your mornings effortless. Slide open the door to the private patio, where a table for two overlooks the water, creating the perfect setting for al fresco dining or a quiet evening taking in the view. Every detail of Roark Creek View is designed to help you slow down, recharge, and enjoy your Branson getaway.



This home comfortably sleeps 4 guests between 1 private bedroom and a full size sleeper sofa in the living room.



Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed and patio access.



This home also includes a full guest bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.

• Please note that this home does not offer laundry facilities, but there are laundry facilities on site.

• Lot parking for 2 vehicles available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

• This home is a first-floor, walk down unit with 16 steps required to reach the main entrance.

• Early Check-In / Late Check Out: These options are based on availability and are NOT INCLUDED in your reservation. Additional fees may apply. Please contact us in advance if you’re interested.

• The outdoor communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

• Pools, Hot Tubs, or any other facilities in the resort are operated and maintained by the HOA. Neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that any are closed for any reason.

• Pack ‘n Play provided.

• Ironing board & steamer provided.

Beyond the downtown area lie the more famed attractions of Silver Dollar City amusement park, Dolly Parton’s Stampede, Pirate Cove Adventure Golf, Bigfoot Fun Park, and the Titanic Museum. It’s no surprise that Branson has been dubbed the “Live Entertainment Capital of the World” considering there is truly something for everyone to enjoy. We recommend taking plenty of time to explore the area by walking, hopping on a bike, or using the free downtown trolley.
