„The Cooksey’s were kind enough to allow us to host a birthday party at their beautiful home on the Santa Fe river. The house was far more spacious than we anticipated. We kayaked, swam, star-gazed, caught fireflies, watched dozens of fish jumping out of the water, and even had a seafood boil. Mrs. Cooksey’s was also very responsive to any questions we had about the property. We couldn’t have asked for a lovier stay and hope to book it again soon. Thank you!“

Super close to several gas stations and a dollar store. In between numerous springs, we chose Ginnie Springs. We love having our own spaces still when we vacation so having a whole house was awesome! The owner was very helpful and easy to contact throughout our entire stay. We had a great time and will be back!“

„This house/cabin is PERFECTLY situated on the Ichetucknee River. Clean, comfortable… huge screened in porches. It took our family about 2 and a half hours to paddle on the (available) kayaks upriver into the State Park and to the midpoint launch, and an hour to float/paddle back. The river access is… such a treat, and the deck out at the edge was much enjoyed. We saw a couple manatees swim by, even in April, which was a surprise.“

„Overall house was great. Beautiful location on the Suwanee river. Right down road from Royal springs. We stayed in home for two nights, 6 kids and 4 adults. Very conformable house. Kitchen needs more (pots pans etc.)to accommodate making a meal there but we made due. Thanks for allowing us to stay in the great place. . “

„The cabin is small but has everything you need. From a small fully equipped kitchen to bathroom and kayaks/canoes, the place was great. There was a grill and fire pit. One really big downside was the amount of ticks. You could not do anything outside without one of those jumping on your skin. The water outback was a little dark so not made for swimming but you could go for a little ride on canoe if you wanted.“

Personal ist leider nicht qualiziert und nicht im geringsten kundenfreundlich: Check-in dauerte wegen eines Abrechnungsproblems mit Expedia mehr als 90 Minuten; Zimmer wurde in dieser Zeit trotz Vorauszahlung nicht gewährt; keinerlei Entgegenkommen des unerfahrenen Personals am Frontdesk.
