„Very unique“

„Very relaxing property which we enjoyed while celebrating my wife's birthday. Great getaway to unplug and enjoy the natural setting. I highly recommend this property and the owner. Very informative and ready to assist. Can't go wrong perched in the "Crow's Nest"!“

„Beautiful cabin in a remote yet convenient location. The view from the back porch/deck was amazing. A very relaxing place to come after a busy day of hiking and sightseeing.“

„Owesome!“

„Nice and convenient. Everything you need!“

„We were so impressed with this lovely cabin! Communication with the hosts was wonderful. They answered all our questions and provided all information thoroughly and promptly. The cabin was very clean and had everything we needed. We loved relaxing by the fire pit and in the hot tub, and listening to birds on the balcony in the mornings. Location was close to so many great things to do. Thanks for a great weekend getaway!“

„Very clean property just a couple of minutes from Seneca Rocks. Host was very responsive communicator.“

„I gave 4 out of 5 only bc we thought by the picture of Seneca Rocks that we would be able to see it from the cabin and that's not possible. The cabin was amazing. We were in cabin 4 and it was exactly as advertised. There is no soap mentioned and although there was hand soap, dish soap, shampoo and conditioner there was no body wash and the shampoo was almost gone probably bc guests before us washed their bodies like we did. The cabin was basically soundproof as we heard nothing but birds ...

„I found the Rusty Lantern is a beautiful home in the mountains. The rear porch is large with an awesome view. The large kitchen makes preparing meals simple. There is a large table in the kitchen and a huge picnic table on the back porch. The house and porches were perfectly clean, not a spider web in sight. If you want quiet, and I mean really quiet, the Rusty Lantern is for you.“

„We were a 4-person group of guys in our late 60s, there for a 5-night stay. The property met our needs, and it was very comfortable. Just minor issues. Got different wifi credentials prior to the trip, which could've been a disaster as there is no cell signal at the house. But the host did provide the proper connection info prior to arrival. The spiral staircase to the loft bedroom is very narrow and steep. Older guests should be aware of this. Some of the soap/shampoo/conditioner dispensers in ...

„Immaculate. From cleanliness, to a helpful host, to the overall environment. The Jacuzzi was very relaxing and view was stunning. Would recommend and would visit again!“

„The cabin is so cozy & love the hot tub & the beds are very comfortable.“

„My wife and I spent 5 nights at this cabin from 6/27-7/2 of 2026. The first thing I will say about this cabin is the view is second to none. The only thing you see off the back deck is a stunning mountain range. We watched the moon rise over this range every single night and it was breathe taking. The cabin was very clean, the kitchen was more than adequately stocked with silverware, dishes and grilling supplies. We utilized the grill once which worked perfectly. The stove multiple times with no ...
