„The host was very communicative and accommodating. He even called to clarify things with me directly to avoid misinterpretation. The house was very spacious and there was plenty of seating for our guests and the items available for use in the kitchen were plentiful. It was only a short walk to the beach, downtown, and the marina. We stayed 2 nights for a friend’s wedding, all of us from across the state. „We stayed for 4 nights, purpose was to see the dunes and go salmon fishing. We were successful in both. Apartment was conveniently located to bars and restaurants. Walked to Chopo's to watch Monday Night Football (only complaint my husband had was TV selection) and met locals who we ran into all over town! Chef Jared & Company has fabulous food at 251 Arthur St.. Manistee is a cute little town and the locals are great. Would definitely recommend.We had a problem with the AC and the owner's ...

"We booked a room with two seperate bedrooms and lakeview. The Lakeview was okey. But the room unfortunatly hadn't two bedrooms. It was one room with a small kitchen beetwen the two beds. But that wasn't the biggest problem. The cleanliness was absolutly horrible. I travel a lot and i saw a lot. But that was definently too much. I think it hasn't been vacuumed for several weeks. All over the floor was food leftovers. In one towel was e plastic nail from en employee. We looked for another hotel but unfortunatly there was nothing left in the town and we were late. Stay away from this hotel. It's not a dollar worth!!! Totally disgusting!! I am still very annoyed!"
