„Very clean and very well decorated.“

„Terrible communication before arrival led to delayed check in and was the cause of great frustration after a long drive. No understanding or apology from the property management, completely opposite response from hotels.com who did their best to resolve the issue and were very understanding. Entering the property we discovered a loudly beeping smoke alarm which we had to take down and remove the battery to stop the annoying sound. The property needs some maintenance, a broken cupboard door in ...

„I have stayed here frequently over the years but they now need to spend some money on refurbishing the coffee machine in reception ring out of order for four days was symbolic of a lack of care I’m afraid“

„It is a great place to stay“

„Very nice hotel, friendly staff, easy check-in, lots of parking. Had no issues with noise. Nice bed, plenty of pillows, big TV, everything you'd expect from a hotel stay. Breakfast buffet included and was good. Would definitely stay again.“

In 10 min.

„Very kind staff and good breakfast.“

„Tiptop“

„Service beim Check-In super.

„Staff hotel was superb 5⭐️. Just 1 issue gym members hogged the jacuzzi saying they have priority. Also not free parking 🅿️ pay to park very expensive.“

„We booked this last minute for a date night in Leeds and got a great deal. Our room was spacious and luxurious with a huge bed and a nice view. Staff were excellent - just a really nice hotel - highly recommend!“

„Das Hotel kann ich nur empfehlen… Schönes Zimmer und nettes Personal“
