„Fantastic“

„In our Expedia profile we have requested 1st floor. No 1st floor rooms were available, which is fine until they tell us there is NOT an elevator!! We are senior citizens with health issues, if what is listed on our profile is not available, we should be notified before booking so we can go elsewhere. This is not acceptable Expedia! And, perhaps the hotel should include on their website that they don't have an elevator!“

„Have been staying there over several years and have seen a decline in quality and decline in staffing. Room was clean but unfortunately smelled like mold. Suspect it came from AC/Heater wall unit. Also noticed a decline in breakfast options and quality. Will consider staying eleswhere next time.“

„Walking into the motel there was a chemical smell. Not sure what it was cleaning or disinfecting. Got a room key andwent to the room. Small room no clock and notice the toilet in the bathroom. It was off center kind of turned towards the wall a little. Should have been our first clue. But we needed to get to a wedding. So we left on returning And taking off our shoes, the carpet was damp. I walked into the bathroom and the toilet was leaking out of the bottom, which the bathroom floor was wet. ...

„Clean room. Only saw someone at the front desk when we checked in. Never saw anyone after that. No ice machine even though there's a sign for one. Price difference between Thursday night and Friday night is $40 even though there were only 6 other cars in the lot, far from full. Breakfast was okay at best. Heard the few people that were there complaining about it. Scrambled eggs, old wrinkled sausage, no juice. Very little selection.“
