This comfortable 3-bedroom home sleeps up to 7 guests and makes a great home base for beach days, boating, fishing, or simply slowing down and enjoying the Florida sunshine. You’ll be close to the Cortez waterfront, local seafood restaurants, Palma Sola Bay, and just a short drive across the bridge to Bradenton Beach and Anna Maria Island.

The home has plenty of space to settle in after a day on the water, whether you’re traveling with family or a group of friends. Beach chairs, toys, a cooler, and an umbrella are provided, so you can pack up and head for the Gulf without bringing everything from home. BOATERS: The canal can be used for small boats / skiffs & tied up at the seawall. Car/Trailer can be parked in driveway.
