„Worked well, cheapest place by far in the area and room was quite nice. Staff were very friendly“

„All right!“

„BEWARE, this property greatly lacks security! The listing does (minimally) state that there is no staff on site. Yet, My wife & I were given entry into the building without having completed the supposed mandatory online check-in, having only spoken to someone through the Ring doorbell camera. „Das Hotel hat keine Klimaanlage, Unser Zimmer im 1. Stock, ein Backofen. 31 Grad im Badezimmer morgens um 08:00. Unbedingt meiden im Sommer. Schöne Anlage, gutes Essen, tolle Lage. Das Personal ist teils sehr jung, wirkt ungeschult ist unaufmerksam, vergesslich, nicht zuvorkommend. Schade für diese schöne Hotel.“

„Close to Heathrow airport, free parking and friendly & helpful staff.“

„Small rooms with tiny bathrooms, but enough to stay for a night. Be aware that there is nobody at a Sunday, difficult to check in when even the phone does not get answered. Without the help of another guest who had a mobile number of the host we probably had to look for another hotel“

„Was clean and very very handy for T5. Price was good too.“

„We had a lovely stay and the host was very nice. The room was also clean. “

„The room was spacious and very clean. It had everything we needed and was beautifully decorated.“

„Took 45mins to check in in the stifling heat only to find our room didn't have any provisions whatsoever for the heat. No fan, no air con and to top it off, the fridge didn't work so we couldn't even cool our drinking water. Staff (Sri Lankan fella behind the desk) was about as much use as a pair of sunglasses on on bloke with 1 ear. Don't stay here. Be warned.“
