The Lake Escape is a fully renovated 4 bedroom home with amazing panoramic main lake views and an in-ground pool. Every inch of this home has been remodeled with designer high-end finishes.

The main floor features a large living room perfect for hanging with family and friends, large dining room with seating for 12, sunroom, 1/2 bath, laundry room with a shower stall, and large kitchen. The kitchen is fully stocked with all large and small appliances, serve-ware, cookware, and ample storage for food. It also features Thermador appliances and a large eat-at island with seating for 6.

The dining area features a wine and coffee bar with all the amenities, including a 30” wine and beverage fridge. The dining table is 10 ft long with room for 12. We also have a high chair provided.

The living room is right off the kitchen and dining area, with two large couches, 2 leather club chairs, a large smart TV and amazing main lake views!

The sunroom is the perfect place to lounge with a cup of coffee in the morning, do a puzzle or play a game, and unwind with a glass of wine or cocktail in the evening while enjoying the view. There is a comfy daybed, swivel chairs, as well as a table and chairs.

The master bedroom is also on the main floor with a large closet and bathroom with a large shower and soaking tub.

There are also 2 decks off the main floor. The lakefront deck has seating, outdoor table and 6 chairs, as well as a loveseat and two chairs for relaxing. The side porch features a gas grill and hammock. They provide a convenient place to enjoy a meal and sunrises and sunsets.

The basement features another full kitchen with a full-size fridge, stove, dishwasher and microwave. It also has 2 full baths (one with a tub), 3 bedrooms and a bonus room. There is a bunk room with 3 sets of twin bunk beds, 1 bedroom with 2 queens, and 1 king bedroom. The bonus room has a large smart TV, fireplace, plenty of seating, board games and shuffleboard table.

The pool deck is the perfect place to hang out and to cool down, enjoy the game and the view! There is a covered area with a 70” TV, bluetooth speakers, a sofa and swivel chairs so everyone gets a view! We also have sun loungers, an outdoor dining area, and umbrellas. The pool itself ranges from 3-7 ft and is a great place to end and start the day.

At the lake, the lower part of the boathouse has a TV, Bluetooth speakers, bar top and stools, fans, polywood chairs, a swing chair, picnic table, and a diving board. Please note you will not have access to our owner storage. On the upper deck we have loungers to get your tan on and a counter height Polywood table and chairs to enjoy a snack or meal. We also have a large swim mat, 2 kayaks and 2 paddle boards to enjoy. Water depth is around 9-10 ft at the end of the dock (but does fluctuate slightly) and there is a jumping platform from the upper deck for the daredevils in the group to attempt. You can tie up your boat using the wake watchers on the left side of the boathouse. We also have a boathouse fishing permit, so anyone can fish from there without needing a license! Depending on the time of year, you can have sunrise and sunset views from the boathouse.
