„My room had mowed all in the bathroom. My room was not clean. There was hair on the bed hair in the shower hair on the toilet hair in the sink. I was moved to another room. It was cleaner, but it still wasn’t clean. Will not stay there again, however on a lighter side, the staff was professional, polite, well dressed and accommodating.“

„Motel was clean, quiet and well managed. Gave us new towels each day and the beds were 10/10 comfortable ! Thank you“

„Tried to charge me for a room I already paid for. Then tried to charge me a $20 pet fee when the Hotels.Com site specifically said $10. Room was FILTHY, baseboards hadn't been cleaned in years. Stains and scuffs all over walls. Left me one tiny bar of soap that was literally smashed in the package into crumbs. Water was barely above room temp and took a good 5 minutes to warm at all. Grounds had litter and trash thrown about. No wonder I was the only car there in a bust summer season. I wouldn't ...

„I checked into my room I was given a room on the second floor. The first room they gave me had dirty sheets. I called and asked for a new set of sheets. The girl was very nice and tried her best. She moved me downstairs and brought me to a room that had a horrible mold smell. Then she brought me to another room that was worse. It was late so I stayed in the second room because at least the sheets were clean. I had two nights booked, and could not stay a second night. I woke up in the morning ...

„We had a wonderful stay. Owner/innkeeper was a delight. The family did an amazing job with the restoration of the place. Bed and Breakfast and was outstanding. We will definitely book again when we are visiting that area. Glad we decided to book there instead of the hotels in Halifax or the nearby towns.“

„When we arrived, the keypad wouldn’t work but fortunately the front door was unlocked. The host returned our phone call eventually, but cell service is very poor in that area. Overall, the stay was excellent. You do have to haul off your own trash, which is a little frustrating considering we also paid a cleaning fee, but the dump is close by. The house is super spacious and the windows in the living room are BEAUTIFUL! Great view and amazing sunsets! We loved the house!“

„Great location! We love this residence since its so close to the marina where we store our boat. Its also a short boat ride to Watersview Restaurant, which is our favorite spot on the lake for dinner. We will definitely be back.“

„Das Management war gerade dabei Kühlschrank und Mikrowelle in jedem Zimmer zu erneuern, auch die Zimmer wurden auf Vordermann gebracht, Frühstücksraum in freundlichen Farben renoviert. Das Frühstück an sich typisch Amerika, nicht so viel erwarten. Die Lage am Lake schon fast malerisch. Insgesamt kann ich es doch sehr empfehlen, meiner Meinung nach besser als der Durchschnitt “

„We enjoyed our stay!!“

„Jeanette & Dennis were Great Host - the room was perfect! - very accommodating - Loved the setting -The Boat House and Dock is where we spent most of our time as we were enjoying the Lake. We look forward to coming back“

„"If you want to step away from the noise and just relax, this is the perfect spot. The off-grid setting provided such a peaceful atmosphere, and we truly enjoyed every minute spent in the space. A wonderful experience from start to finish!"“

„Will definitely come back for a longer stay. Very spacious and loved being on the water.“
