„Staff was very friendly and room was spacious. Location was convenient. However, was very disappointed with the cleanliness of the rooms especially for the nightly rate we paid. Stayed on the third floor in a double room and the sheets on each bed had old stains. Makes you wonder if housekeeping even has a process in checking if the sheets are actually cleaned prior to turning the room over. As you walked in the room, there were visible chip crumbs on the floor. Toilet had a ring in it too. ...

We had to be at a convention and when requesting refund due to breakfast wait time the hotel refused even though we were unable to get the meal The coffee was cold. Someone elses hair on the sink when we entered room and stains on the duvet. The young boy at the desk was pleasant but the older lady who checked me in made is feel like an inconvenience.
