Completed in December 2020, this custom-built home with two separate units features abundant natural light, unique global décor, and modern amenities throughout. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, cozy living space, and a peaceful atmosphere that makes relaxing easy after a day exploring Bozeman and beyond. Most of the year the main house is occupied by the owner and when she is gone both units are rented as short stay rentals. There was extensive sound insulation installed in the design but there are some sounds of water being used in the upstairs unit an sometimes sound from the stairway. The main part of the house is on the 2nd and 3rd floors, this unit is all on the ground floor.
