✔ String Lights are on a timer to shut off around 10:30pm.
✔ Security camera is on the front of garage/shed
✔ We are dog-friendly for a fee (max 2 dogs)
✔ No motorized vehicles parked in common spaces in the association (ie no parking in common grass areas)
✔We have partnered with Truvi to aid in covering any accidental damage. Instead of collecting any deposits, we've gone with a small non-refundable option of $65. You'll see this listed as "Adminstrative Fee" on the invoice. Please note that in the event of any damages during your stay, our incident resolution partner, Truvi, may reach out to contact you and assist with the resolution process.
