„The property was just as it was in photos as in person. It is in a quiet area, little traffic, just what you want when you want down time and no drama! Fun areas to explore. Went to Lake Gaston Coffee, awesome scones and coffee. A very nice selection of wines for a coffee shop. Had dinner at Waterview in Littleton. Not far from house at all. Food was great. Right on the water and have music on select days. Rosemont winery is a must. We will be back. Our host was wonderful. Answered ...

„The house was amazing! We loved being able to go down to a boat ramp 8 minutes away and bring our boat back to the dock of the house. I cannot brag on this stay enough. The only thing we would ever suggest adding is tie-ons for boats at the dock. We tied off to the surrounding trees. “

„Wonderful stay! We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Pat’s Place! Our family enjoyed many meals out on the spacious deck . We enjoyed watching and hearing the wildlife. „Jared has an absolutely beautiful place!. The 95 degree temps had all of us heading for the pool, from the 8 month old baby to the 60 year old Grandfolks. Like the house, it was clean and in great shape. Plenty of pool toys provided. The kitchen was well equipped, clean and functional. The beds were comfortable and peaceful. „We had a great stay. We had my 84 year old father and mother and three adult children and spouses and 2 adult grandkids with their spouses. The house was plenty big enough and the walk to the dock was nice and flat. We stayed in June during a massive heatwave in the upper 90s each day. We would like to come back in the fall. The kitchen was stocked with everthing imaginable and loads of china. My mother was so excited. We ate on different china for each meal. “
