„Perfect place for an escape from the city. Love the location, it felt like we were in the middle of nowhere but we were actually a short drive from town. Beautiful view of the sunset from the back porch, we saw tons of fireflies, and enjoyed making a fire in the fire pit! We were a party of 8 and we had so much space, plenty of beds and tons of seating!“

„It’s right on the Lake and there’s a boat ramp right next to the property. It was the perfect size for us and had all we needed. We suggest you get your supplies on the way out!It’s a drive to anywhere. We were there for Mammoth National Park, it’s a shorter drive if the ferry is open. We couldn’t figure out the tv’s though, and the outside of the property is a bit of a mess, but overall we enjoyed our stay. “

„We had our 3 daughters and my parents with us for this trip and the house was so spacious I never felt like 7 of us were on top of each other. The neighborhood was full of really friendly people and we were reasonably close to all sorts of fun things. The grocery store was really easy to get to, there were a million dollar general stores nearby if we just needed something simple like a bag of ice, and despite the lake levels being higher than usual my girls loved playing in the water. „This property was absolutely charming. The cottage was very clean and beautifully decorated. Chris was very friendly and helpful when we arrived. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and taking in the view. The cottage was close to Mammoth Cave and there was a Buckee's just down the road. We really enjoyed our stay. “

„A lovely home right by the lake. Plenty of nearby trails to hike, and the water was right there. Lovely views. The home is extremely pet friendly with signs everywhere saying they welcome owners with pets. I left money on the table for the cleaning crew, and the owner reminded me that I had already paid that in my regular payment and they refunded the money.“

„We were traveling for a really important family event and I couldn't believe I found a house only a few mins from our loved ones homes! The house was exactly as pictured and has a lovely black maple in the front yard. Everything inside was perfect and clean, so comfortable!! It really was such a relief to crash somewhere nice after being awake 24 hours and driving forever. There is also a small park down the street that was lovely, and plenty of cafes around! „This is the perfect place to sit on the deck during the day or sit by the fire at night, we loved everything about this quaint little home! The stairs up and down were a bit of a challenge for my 81-year-old Mom, but she made the trip and the stairs like a champ!
