Verbesserungswürdig: Sauberkeit, Ausstattung und Zustand der Unterkunft
Unfortunately, our stay was not a positive experience, as much as we’d liked it to have been. The pool was freezing along with the pool area. The towels at the pool were all damp as well. Which made it difficult to even dry off or get warm after exiting the pool. We specifically stayed at this hotel to take our grandson swimming. I told the lady at the front desk this when we arrived. When we returned later that evening to swim, it was so cold we couldn’t stand to stay in the water. We told a different person at the front desk and they said they’d have someone from maintenance come look at it. No one ever showed up, so we left. The room was subpar cleanliness wise. There were stains on the inside of the comforter on the bed, the bathroom mirror was filthy with dirty water spots all over it and the housekeeper had left her vape in the bathroom. The carpet needed vacuuming, the shower head spit water and didn’t work correctly. The room just didn’t feel clean, so along with the pool being ice cold, it was a poor experience. The lady at check in was very nice, but we only interacted with her during check in. I also couldn’t believe we were charged $8 for parking. They didn’t even ask if we had a vehicle on property. We could have been dropped off for all they knew. There was also someone running in and out of a room on our floor and the door slammed loudly each time they went in or out. Overall, poor experience.
