🛋️ A beautiful, convivial living area on the ground floor brings together a cosy lounge, kitchen, and dining area, enhanced by a stone arch. On the upper floor, a second TV lounge with a video library and access to Netflix and Amazon Prime offers a perfect space to relax. On the third level, a flexible room can be used as a bedroom or an intimate boudoir.

Bus line n°603, stop “La Clavade” 1 km away (serving Béziers, Pézenas, Mèze, Montpellier, etc.).
