„Outstanding cleanliness and great and extremely helpful staff. One of the cleanest I’ve stayed in.“

„Great place to explore the historical part of town as well as premium outlets. Rooms and breakfast offered proper standards and satisfied all needs. The Mexican restaurant next door offers great food for a great value. You should go there.“

„Room and facility was clean but we have state there several years and they need to update. Friendly helpful staff.“

„Alles Top!

„I was not happy with my stay, the extra blanket they had in the room was ripped & dirty. No room service after 10:30pm I had to send my daughter to the front desk to get a blanket for the room. Overall it was not worth paying $140 for one night“

„Our overall experience was good, but the breakfast was very disappointing. There were no hot foods, and other selections were limited. Had to ask for more washcloths and hand towels every day. Asked twice for the shower gel to be refilled. The room and bathroom were very clean. We would stay at a Spark again.“

„Change of ownership has made for positive changes. Beds and linens were really nice and it was cleaner than past trips. Location is ideal if you want to walk to the college.“

„Very enjoyable weekend even though it was rainy. Spacious and comfortable suite made it easy to stay in and chill.“

„Sauberes Zimmer. Personal sehr hilfsbereit.

„Property looked more like a motel and one of my friends found bugs in her breakfast“

„Zimmer war sauber, leise und alles vorhanden. Frühstück war sehr gut und genug Auswahl. Personal insgesamt sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit“

„I booked 4 nights here thru Expedia. I stayed 2 nights, and both mornings I woke up with the worst back pain from the bed in my room. I checked out after two nights and requested a refund for the unused two nights. Hotel wouldn’t refund me for the 2 unused nights because I booked thru Expedia. Expedia wouldn’t refund me for the 2 unused nights because the hotel wouldn’t approve a waiver. I was not offered a different room or any other possible solution. „Völlig abgewohnetes stinkendes und verdrecktes Zimmer. Nie wieder Holiday Inn. “
