Bedrooms have one King, one Queen and one Full bed. Cozy gas fireplace, gas stove and oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, air fryer, vintage claw foot tub and laundry. Family room, TV and WIFI. Beautiful backyard with a view of Flagstaff Mountain and off-street parking. No pets, no smoking. 7 night minimum.

GETTING AROUND TOWN: Walking distance to most Sundance venues like the Boulder Theater, Chautauqua and Mackie Auditorium on the CU campus. Lime electric bikes and scooters available at the end of the block. Walk, e-bike or e-scooter to downtown Boulder, coffee shops, restaurants, Flagstaff Mountain trails, Chautauqua, CU campus and most of the Sundance events.

LOCAL ATTRACTIONS: Ten minute walk to the downtown Pearl Street walking mall with numerous shops and restaurants. Two blocks to Boulder Creek and a 15 minute walk to CU campus and Chautauqua. Hiking trails on Flagstaff Mountain and Mt. Sanitas are a stone’s throw away. Five minute walk to the scenic Eben G Fine Park and Settler’s Park, leading to the Boulder Creek Path. Enjoy a beautiful walk along the Creek path up Boulder canyon or into downtown Boulder!
