„We stayed at this property in Old Town when visiting family in Arvada. The location was perfect! Once we understood how to get in and out using the fob and where to park we were ready to enjoy the area! The host was very responsive to our questions and we look forward to staying here again!“

„This is a lovely duplex in a quiet neighborhood but close to stores and a short drive from down-town Boulder. The lay out is great - with a bed room on each floor so there is privacy, comfortable sitting area and well equipped for cooking. A lot of nice small touches (coffee for the coffee pot; nice bath products, plenty of towels). The host was very responsive. Would definitely stay here again. “

„Wonderful location! Couldn't ask for a better spot to explore the town. I would certainly stay here again. Walkable to everything but also with a parking spot for the further adventures. Be sure to bring a sleep mask since the east-facing bedroom window has a very ineffective blind. That's easily remedied, though. “

„Everything was just right - the size and cleanliness of the condo was great for us. Very secure building and quiet. Super close to DT Golden and the fact that it’s a 3 minute walk to the best breakfast burritos (Bonfire Burritos) made breakfast easy! So many great local coffee shops and restaurants. Short drive to some of the best hiking and of course, Red Rocks! Would stay here again in a heartbeat if I’m back in Golden. Thank you for sharing your condo with us - absolutely loved it!“
