„Arrived at the property and called to check in. Was told that property was closed for refurbishment and I had to go to a different property managed by them 15 minutes away.
Got there and room was minimal and bare. Host was nice but it wasn’t an aparthotel as the original one was advertised as.
I left and booked a night at a local Travelodge instead. “

„Looking good at first sight it was a bit disappointing. No breakfast, no interest in giving us a good experience. Lacks maintainance, cleaning and clearing which is a shame as it looks cute and has proven to be a good starting point for our trip to Wales. “

„The house is perfect for a getaway in the Weald. It was spotlessly clean. A nice welcome package with milk, cereal and tea made breakfast easy. Everything was in good nick. Recommend their pub The Kings Head in nearby Staplehurst. Also 50 minutes to London from there if you want no more beautiful countryside.“

„Lovely cottage in a nice village. Great starting place for day trips to London and Canterbury. Supplies and home baked bread were waiting for us - really nice touch. All in all a great stay and I would recommend a visit. 5*****“

„It was a beautyful cottage, best place to chill either in the cottage or in the Garden. There was also place for our bycicles. We enjoy to explore Kent by bike or car also the pubs near by. We can commend Riverside cottage.“

„Some of the basics were not provided on our stay so really wasn't worth the money.
Communication - didn't receive the check-in details by email as instructions said. The day before the stay I tried to contact the host multiple ways, including Hotels.com support x 2, with no luck. Eventually on the day of the stay I was told I would get the information at 12pm. At around 1pm I had not received the information so chased again. Was finally given the information at 2pm but was rudely told that ...

„Die Ferienwohnung in einem umgebauten Stall ist wunderschön, mit geschmackvoller Einrichtung, bequemen Sitzmöbeln und unglaublich bequemem Bett. Die Küche ist modern und gut ausgestattet. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Nähe sind gut erreichbar, Parken auf dem abgeschlossenen Grundstück ist unkompliziert und sicher. Wir wären gern länger geblieben und haben uns über den Hundebesuch gefreut :-)“

„The owner phoned not long after we checked in to make sure we had got into the property okay and to see if we had any queries. I appreciated the contact and he had also left fruit, as well as bottled water, spreads and cheese in the fridge. The apartment is comfortable with a great bathroom and good kitchen facilities. It is just over a twenty minute walk to Rochester high street.

„Beautiful barn had all we needed for a wonderful, relaxed stay. Only fault was the garden was quite grubby; the table and chairs hadn't been cleaned from the previous people, as there was still an ashtray full of cigarette ends on the table. I had to wipe down the chairs by the hot tub before we could sit down and enjoy our evening. Only a minor fault, but I feel like the outside should be as clean as the inside. "A small, cozy hotel with a lake, although you couldn't swim in it. Despite the highway, the hotel was quiet. With the window closed you couldn't hear anything, with the window open only noise (lake side). The building and the furnishings were a bit older, which was also partly visible. But it didn't look run-down. A renovation would do the hotel some good. The staff were always very friendly and helpful. The cleanliness left something to be desired in some places. I never felt unsafe there, there was plenty of parking and the food was also good."
