„Truly, a lovely little gem nestled among some very high priced options. Staff were very friendly. There was a slight issue with our reservation on the booking agency side which they rectified immediately with no additional cost to us. The rooms were very comfortable and clean, with the most comfortable bed on our 21 day South African, Botswana and Zimbabwe trip. Huge bathrooms.“

„The hotel is situated on dirt roads and is close to nothing. The rooms had dead bugs and it seemed unkept. Our reservation included free airport pickup and free breakfast. However, we had to pay for transfer and no free breakfast. According to the hostess, we paid a special rate and it did not include those items.
