I liked the casual hospitality that was shown by the manager. A very friendly, personal yet professional welcome. Guests were invited to join up and share a table for dinner. This also included an informative introduction to the history of Ratho Farm. Beautiful country homestead.

We read the reviews and were intrigued. We stayed in winter, and it is cold in Bothwell. It would have been much more inviting if the hosts had the heater running prior to our arrival, but once the property warmed up after a few minutes the shock of how cold it was faded away. Brighton Hotel Motel
The beds were super comfortable, the room was nice and comfortable. The only minus was there was no microwave.
