„We had an amazing stay at Costa Sur! The views from our balcony were absolutely breathtaking. The rooms are nice and the air conditioning works great which is super important in Puerto Vallarta. There are deals at the bar area for those who like alcoholic beverages. The restaurant is by order only no buffet. The kitchenette area is small but everything worked well. I do recommend taking swim shoes for the beach area there are a ton of small rocks. It’s not possible to play in the beach area ...

Wait is always over 1 hour and you can’t make a reservation. *pools are old and deep, deep. And only one entrance to pool. *snack bar personnel suck! They ignore people so they don’t have to serve you. *lobby staff are not organized. They gave our reserved rooms to someone else and kept saying they didn’t have anymore rooms.  ...

„Die steile Anfahrt bis zur obersten Straße ist nicht ganz einfach, aber mit Auto oder einem Uber gut zu erreichen. Der persönliche Empfang und die geräumige Suite sind außergewöhnlich. Komplett ausgestattet mit Küchenzeile, Esstisch und Wohnbereich. Das Highlight ist die Terrasse mit Whirlpool und fantastischer Aussicht über das Meer.
