„Lobby was very dark. The sitting area had lights off. Very off-putting for a first impression. Walls need paint, smell of a harsh lemon cleaner or fragrance to try to smell clean was very heavy in the air. The tub faucet was cracked and not draining properly. The staff was unable to print my receipt since I booked through Expedia. Would not plan to stay here again. “

„I paid for a non-smoking room, and the smell of fresh cigarettes was terrible. But that wasn't the worst part; they gave me a FILTHY room. There were stains of personal fluids on the bed and pillows, a dirty refrigerator, and trash everywhere. When I complained, they didn't even apologize; they just gave me another room, and obviously, I couldn't sleep well or trust the cleaning. My body was itchy. The most disgusting experience I've ever had.“

„My stay was excellent. The staff was amazing. The only concern/issue I have is the ice machine. The ice machine on the second floor had serious mold around the dispenser area. We could not get ice. My daughter suffers from asthma and if she would have consumed the ice it would have been a serious issue. please clean them in your facility. thank you.“

Glad I had a travel blanket in my car because sheets were dirty so I slept on top of my blanket. No coffee pot in room or lobby. Advertised continental breakfast-even had sign at front desk-said they discontinued that years ago and told me to go to Waffle House across the street. Were rude. Empty vending machines.
