4/10
We checked in and were assigned the wrong room (had handicap shower, when we specifically booked a room without - which cost us a few bucks more). We learned this only after dragging our five pieces of luggage up to the eight floor and to the end of a very long carpeted hallway and then had to go back down to the lobby. It took some time to assign us a second room, and we received with no apology for the error. When I mentioned to Darryl that an apology would have been appreciated, he gave me a bewildered look. “An apology? What for?” The Westin obviously does not bother to train its staff properly. Disappointing.
