Sunlit Spacious 3BR in Center of Downtown Boston! Family Favorite!

Welcome to our sunlight-embraced apartment! We offer a comfortable, satisfaction-guaranteed stay right in the Boston Downtown Crossing! Our beautiful historical stone building is in a pedestrian shopping zone across the street from Macy's and many department stores. Roche Bro's grocery, Starbucks, Caffe Nero, George Howell, Gypsy Place, restaurants, Crossing Food Court, and CVS, are all within 3 minutes' walking distance! Between the financial district, Chinatown, the Boston Common, and various revolutionary-era landmarks like Freedom Trail, Old State House, Old South Meeting House, King's Chapel, etc. peppered throughout the city. Downtown Crossing is also the ideal commuting location, as it’s close to South Station and numerous other subway stations. It’ll be easy to get to any location in the Boston area from here without the need for a car or Uber! The tour map picture in my photo gallery will show you how convenient my place is to the most popular highlights in the Boston area.

The building's intercom system allows for a full, self-check-in experience. Two brand-new elevators guarantee easy access to the unit. We offer a big discount for a longer stay and complimentary house cleaning every five days if the reservation lasts more than ten days.

- Full kitchen: Comes completely stocked with cooking needs, including pots, pans, serving dishes, platters, and Forks/Spoons/Knives/Plates for everyone in the family.
- Washer and dryer in unit.
- High chair and Pack’n Play are available upon request.

Please no pets. I have a severe allergy to fur, hay, and dust, which can result in severe reactions upon exposure.

Parking is hard to find and expensive for a major city such as Boston. Please check out a website called ‘Spot Hero’ or download the ‘BestParking’ App to find the most updated options and prices! It's usually cheaper if you make reservations online.

Please be aware like most major cities in the world, there is potential city noise.

Please consider purchasing travel insurance in case unforeseen circumstances arise.

The Property has security cameras placed in the public hallways by BM and homeowners. This video footage is not shared and is recorded for liability reasons in the cases of a break-in, death, injury, guests sneaking in pets, guests disregarding the maximum occupancy allowed, and in no way infringes upon the guests’ expectations of privacy in these public areas of the property. Any attempt at disabling or obscuring the cameras is prohibited and may result in the guest being evicted without a refund. The full deposit will be forfeited if any of the above are found. You will also be asked to leave the property immediately without any money returned.

Perfect location & amazing owner!!!

This apartment is right where you want to be in Boston. It is within walking distance of food, shopping and most attractions. The apartment is spacious and had plenty of room for all of us. We had a lovely stay and Amy the owner even brought us a Japanese cheesecake which was delicious. She was always available for any questions and was absolutely wonderful! When we come back to Boston, this is where we will stay!

Great apartment — close to everything

Host was communicative, and kept me well informed about the property. Host also provided great directions for getting to the apartment. The space itself is clean, comfortable, and met all of our needs. There is a grocery store, drugstores, multiple restaurants and train stops within a two block radius. We relied on public transportation for this trip, and never missed having a car. We would definitely stay here again!

We really liked staying there. Everything was perfect, great host, good apartment in the midst of the city. Only downside is that the neighbourhood while being fine during day, has a lot of homeless at night, however not bothering you.

Fantastic property with easy city access!

We were able to pull together a few days for a family vacation with our older teens/young adult children around a college orientation. The communication with Amy was timely and detail-oriented, the property was clean, well-stocked and well-maintained. The location was wonderful, with easy T access and easy walking to so many parts of the city due to the central location. It was so nice to have a grocery close to pick up a few things to have for breakfast, etc. We hope to stay here again when we return for college visits!

Great location, well placed

We stayed for 3 nights to discover Boston. The accommodation is located in a pedestrian street, very central and close to the metropolitan train. The rooms are great and spacious enough for a group of 6, up to 8. The apartment was clean and ready to use. The owner is really responsive and paying attention to the quality of our stay. We really appreciate the time spent in Boston to discover the downtown and its historic places from there. Now regarding the furnitures and appliances available, as we came from a road trip with comparison with other places, we can rate it honestly only with a 4-star. To reach grade, a better TV that is not freezing in the middle of each show in the living room and better mattress in the 2 main bedrooms would be great. An electric boiler would achieve the mark. Currently the price is a bit dear in regard of these comments to reach the premium level that this place deserves. Be also aware that the 2 main bedrooms are on the street side of the flat, on the 5th floor. No noise from the street but only the loud noise of the fan air conditioning system of the superstore building that is on the other side of the street. Sensitive sleeper must knows this detail. But this is inerrant to big cities.

Super place with a Super Owner

First, the owner Amy was amazing. When arranging when our people would arrive, the plans we told her ended up being almost the exact opposite of what happened due to travel delays. Amy handled this with ease and took care of things so well it really turned what had been a stressful day for me into a really relaxing and successful one. Her help was invaluable. The space is as advertised, but I think it feels bigger than it shows in the pictures. We used the apartment as a meeting place prior to dinnerr, and it easily commodated 7 people in a social situation. We had four spending the night, all comfortably, and could have easily housed 2 more with no decrease in comfort. The unit was extremely usable, with kitchen and washing ammenities for those who may be more inclined to eat in. There is also plenty of seating to gather with friends or family. The location is great. The neighborhood is safe, there is shopping close by and access to several T lines with in 200 feet of the front door. I do think that this place would also be perfect for a family who is looking to experience the history of Boston.. I do not think you can go wrong booking with this owner or in this unit. The next time I come to town, Amy is going to be the first place a look to make a reservation. IN a world where everythng seems to be needlessly difficult, Amy goes out of her way to make things as easy and enjoyable as possible.
