The second-floor condo sleeps six and has central A/C, in-unit laundry, 500 Mbps Wi-Fi, a private balcony, and a workspace and smart TV in every bedroom.

Central Square and the Red Line are about an eight-minute walk; Union Square and the Green Line are about 15 minutes away.

THE CONDO

The condo occupies the entire second floor of a multi-unit building. It includes an open living and dining area, full kitchen, private balcony, three bedrooms and three bathrooms.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS

Bedroom 1: Queen bed and twin cot bed

Bedroom 2: Queen bed and direct balcony access

Bedroom 3: Queen bed

Living room: Convertible sofa

Every bedroom has a workspace, smart TV and clothing storage. Maximum occupancy is six guests.

PRIVATE BATHROOMS

Each bedroom has its own bathroom. Two are en suite; the third is across a short private hall behind a separate door and is not shared. Fresh linens, towels, toilet paper, basic toiletries and a hair dryer are provided.

LIVING AND DINING

The living area has comfortable seating, a large smart TV, a dining table for six and direct access to the balcony.

KITCHEN

The kitchen includes a full-size refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, cookware, dishes, glasses and utensils.

PARKING AND ARRIVAL

Three dedicated, non-tandem parking spaces are included in the private lot next to the building. Each vehicle can enter and leave independently. Self check-in is available through a digital keypad. Arrival and parking instructions are provided before check-in.

Guests have private use of the entire condo, balcony, in-unit laundry and parking spaces. We occupy a separate unit in the building and are available if needed.

LOCATION AND TRANSIT

Inman Square: 5-minute walk

Central Square Red Line: 8-minute walk

Whole Foods and H Mart: Under 10 minutes

MIT: Approximately 11 minutes

Union Square Green Line: 15-minute walk

Harvard University: Approximately 16 minutes

The Red Line is convenient for Harvard, Kendall/MIT, Massachusetts General Hospital and downtown. The Green Line from Union Square is useful for TD Garden and North Station, Haymarket and the North End, Government Center, Copley, Kenmore and Fenway.

PLEASE NOTE

The condo is on the second floor and requires stairs. This is a residential, multi-unit building. Guests may occasionally hear normal footsteps or everyday noise from the unit above.

Please keep the downstairs guests in mind, especially after 10 PM. This is an older building, so footsteps and louder noise can carry between floors.

Parties and events are not permitted. Smoking is not permitted inside. Pets are not permitted.

Exterior cameras cover the front entrance, back of the building, driveway and parking lot. There are no cameras inside the condo.

The property is registered and inspected as a legal short-term rental with the City of Cambridge.
