„Employees are approachable & polite. All public areas are untidy, dirty and unhygienic. Used toothbrushes everywhere, refrigerator is dirty, sink is full of rinsed food. It smells old, damp and like dirty laundry. Management of this hotel is doing a terrible job. It's not worth the price.“

„The Toe Library is a gem. Yoshi was such a wonderful host that my 9-year-old daughter is still talking about our time there. Would recommend for anyone seeking personal Japanese hospitality at its finest and amenities you never knew you needed ... colored pencils, music player, Mt. Fuji bath products and a neat little book collection.“
