„Das Personal war während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt, um Sarajevo zu erkunden – viele Sehenswürdigkeiten und Restaurants sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar.
Das Hotel selbst wirkt allerdings stellenweise etwas in die Jahre gekommen und könnte an einigen Stellen modernisiert werden. Ein Spa-Bereich ist vorhanden; wir haben den Pool sowie eine Massage genutzt und waren damit zufrieden.
