I booked a Premium Superior Double Room and contacted the hotel multiple times over three weeks about an extra bed for our toddler. No response. At check-in, we were told the extra bed would come at a significant additional charge — around a third of the room rate. When I asked for any goodwill gesture, I was refused. „I like the hotel only once wasn't so pretty ... the Wi-Fi was bad. Sometimes I couldn't work. And the rooms not so bright. The stuff was very friendly. The breakfast was acceptable. There was something for everyone, but the melon was the most delicious. Good is also the swimming pool.
