The windows were stained and could not be opened which ruined the view on the sundown. Opposite is the fish market. The smell can be incommoding on the pool and even penetrate the room. "Expectations for The Empire Brunei were very high beforehand. The wording of the self-declaration on their website is: "Truly one of the finest golf, meeting and spa resorts in the Asia Pacific Region." Unser Zimmer war wirklich Top und scheinbar gibt es bereits renovierter Zimmer - also trotz eines älteren Zimmers waren wir, und wir haben einen hohen Standard, sehr zufrieden. Lieben Dank auch nochmals an das Recreation Team und an das tolle F&B-Team hier vor allem die Charlie, Bella und viele mehr. "
