Just 15 minutes walk from one of the most beautiful villages in France; Bormes les mimosas, 15 minutes from numerous wine estates and the beautiful Wine Route, golf…. this villa is extremely well located for a great vacation with friends or family.
On the first level, you will discover a large and bright living/dining room of 50 m2 with a fireplace, an equipped and fitted kitchen, a large living room opening onto a terrace of 30m2, a master suite with a bathroom. water, a spa bathroom and a toilet. There is also a second separate living room of 40m, converted into a leisure room/bedroom for 2 people. 2nd toilet
On the lower level, you have direct access to the swimming pool (heated outside the summer season for an additional fee, on request) and which has an infinity sea view, breathtaking!
Also access to the two master suites as well as the large equipped summer kitchen. Two additional bedrooms complete this space.
In total, the house can accommodate up to 12 people (additional charge) but it is possible to accommodate up to 16 people by reserving the T2 which is optional.

On the ground floor there is an optional independent T2 apartment of +-30 m2 (which can accommodate 4 people, double bed + sofa bed).
In the garden, you will enjoy the ball field as well as the swing for children.
A garage, a carport and parking spaces and plenty of storage space complete this set.
Finally, other services such as the electric gate, air conditioning, TV in several rooms, etc. are present.

We only rent our house to families or groups of friends with children (or not) but we ask for a minimum of 2 adults over 35 years old. Parties with noise parties are not accepted
