The inviting living room offers comfortable seating and a calm color palette, creating the perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring.

The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, ample counter space, and a subway tile backsplash. Enjoy family meals in the dining room with seating for six or dine outdoors under the starry Maine sky.

For entertainment, the family room includes a cozy sectional sofa, bay window views, a flatscreen TV with cable, and a movie library. Complimentary high-speed WiFi makes it easy to stream, work remotely, or stay connected. A full bath with a shower is located on the main level.

Upstairs, you’ll find three welcoming bedrooms and another full bath with a tub. The primary bedroom offers a king bed, the second has a queen, and the third features two twin beds—ideal for kids. Added amenities include air conditioning, a washer/dryer, and outdoor fire pit.

If you have rented and are staying in only one of them, please respect these instructions:

The Home:
Use the front door to the home only, the door by the garage is for our guests staying in the apartment.
Park (max 2 cars) on the left side of the driveway leaving some walking space.
The front patio, back deck and yard are for your private use.

The Apartment:
The side door by the garage is for the apartment use only. Please keep this door unlocked at ALL times. There is no key for it. There is a secure lock on the apartment door itself.
Park (max 2 cars) on the right side of the driveway.
There is a deck and small patio, grill and chiminea out back for your enjoyment. There may be some wood for burning, but you can pick some up at Hannaford.

Damage Policy: Accidents happen—please report any damage promptly so we can address it quickly. The Damage Waiver covers unintentional damage to the property and its contents up to $1500, provided damages are reported to Ohana Vacations before check-out. (Airbnb reservations excluded)

Note:
You will not hear your neighbor. The staircase separates you and it is quite private. Aside from back yard enjoyment and friendly passings in the driveway you should not see or hear each other. You do share the garbage cans.
