„The communication is excellent. All questions answered quickly and kind. I even received an update to a previous question concerning flooding in the area. This house is high and dry but was updated on the surrounding area. The house is beautiful and well maintained. We found everything just as promised and even better. The layout allowed a small family gathering without the feel of being overcrowded. Excellent stay, beautiful sunsets “

„The listing for the property was perfect and well described. The instructions and info emails that the owner sent were super detailed and made finding the place easier, as it was kinda hidden. I actually didn’t have any one-on-one contact with the owner (that’s a good thing! Nothing went wrong!) but his rules and info were helpful and much appreciated! The house was clean, cozy, and we had a nice weekend of playing games and watching movies. “

The cottage had a cabin feel outside and a home feel with all amenities inside. The ambiance and decorations were delightful. Full kitchen and able to cook meals for breakfast and dinner. Approximately 20 minute drive away from Mammoth Cave National Park. Host was available onsite but we had privacy. “

Some nice charm to it!Like most little houses, don't expect much privacy from your travel mates, so unfortunately, we didn't get to enjoy the fire pit, but the hot tub was nice to relax in at the end of the day. If your neighbors are out at their fire pit during your stay, you'll likely want to give them a wave since it's rather close. Think of it like camping! „The place was nice for what I needed. Overall a good place. Had the essentials and was clean.One thing I do want to note is it was quite stuffy. I tried to open the windows but there were no screens (and lots of bugs/spiderwebs on the windows). The filter on the AC unit needed to be changed, and it smelled a little moldy. The shower also leaked quite badly when I used it. Overall good, but maybe a couple small things to address. “
