„Hallo, Ich habe zwei Nächte vom 18. bis 20. Mai gebucht und wollte sie auf den 17. bis 19. Mai verschieben, aber das war nicht möglich. Deshalb musste ich eine zusätzliche Nacht buchen. Ich habe nun drei Nächte bezahlt und bin nur zwei geblieben. Niemand an der Rezeption wollte mir das Geld zurückerstatten. Ich fühle mich betrogen! Hätte ich das vorher gewusst, hätte ich storniert und wäre nicht gekommen! Das ist einfach unmöglich!“

„The room was simple and very clean. Upon entering room the first thing I noticed was the bed sheets were clean and white and bed made well, Floors clean. So grateful that I didn’t have to pull sheets down to inspect bed. You could tell upon entering room that we didn’t have to worry about that. Breakfast area clean and food above standard . Staff kind and helpful. “

Wir hatten Zimmer 13, was eindeutig nicht geputzt war: Rasierte Haare am Waschbecken, lange Haare auf dem Boden, Spuren außen und innen in der Toilette, dreckiger Duschvorhang, verkalkte Armaturen, dicker Staub auf den Türen am Badschrank - und Fleck im Bett! Und jetzt meldet sich niemand bei uns. Wir haben dort nicht bleiben können und nach einer Stunde ausgecheckt.“

„For a last minute stay the price was decent and the staff was kind and friendly. Wish the breakfast had a bit more of a variety, but the food was good. Breakfast area could be cooled or have more air flow as it was warm in there but over all the stay was good.“
