„First impressions as you pull up are that the neighborhood is great, the waterfront location is great. But this property is dated, and in bad need of repair and TLC. When you walk into the house it only gets worse. The yard is more dandelions than grass and has significant areas where it was just dirt and gravel bits. „I stayed two nights on this sweet little boat and enjoyed the cozy comfort. The hosts were very quick with communication and helpful with details. The boat was well stocked, and the bed cozy, you can look up at the stars from your cozy bed! The marina was quiet with just a couple of other boaters walking on the docks now and then. „The tiny home was very comfortable, clean, and photos accurately reflected the inside. Property managers were very quick to reply about inquiries and were very kind. We were unaware that the tiny home was actually on the driveway of the owners - in a nice neighborhood though. That took us by surprise but the Privacy fence helped. Window or door screens would be a nice addition but everything else was fabulous.“
