„If you are looking for a very real, wild west experience in the heart of the beautiful Texas hill country, this is it! This property is remote, and beautifully framed by the rugged bluffs of the Llano River making it wonderfully quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed the Texas scenery in the comfort of modern amenities and accommodations, not the least of which was the wildly popular pool and slide.It easily accommodated our family gathering of 19 ranging in age from 3 to 72. We had a great time! “

„We stayed during the Labor Day weekend. The property is amazing. If you are looking for peace , quiet and nature, then this is the place. Be prepared to drive a little for food. Night sky was amazing. Got to see game mornings and evenings. Lot of hummingbirds. Few improvements which would enhance the property- Bed was comfortable but was squeaking a lot. Would be good to increase the height of the shower. Users over 5.8” need to bend to shower. Would be good to have a EV charger. “

„This was our second time here. Our experiences both times were exceptional. “

„We had an absolutely wonderful time here. It was exactly what we needed to get away from work and kids for a long weekend. It's far enough off the beaten path that you feel secluded and private but you're close to Fredericksburg and Enchanted Rock for days out there. The cabin was cozy but not tight-quartered and felt very relaxing. Many birds and deer can be seen right from the porch, adding to the seclusion. We loved our stay and would certainly want to come back.“

„The location is great. It is short distance from Main street but still far enough to have quiet, peaceful surroundings. Very relaxing. I enjoyed the seeing all the different birds and wild life from the back patio during sunset and sunrise. “

„We loved our stay in this little cabin! It is literally in the middle of nowhere but just a short drive to Fredericksburg and Luckenbach, which is exactly what we look for in a weekend getaway. When we checked in the AC wasn’t working. The property management team was very responsive and we worked together to come up with a resolution. The property was clean with plenty of kitchen amenities. We would definitely rent again! “

„We really enjoyed the retro details like the record player, checkered flooring, handles and of course the beautiful retro RV. Our favorite part was the bathroom. We were provided towels and robes along with a super pretty interior. Although it was too cold to go in the pool, we had an overall great experience.“

But at this location, we saw so many more stars through breaks in the clouds that I could no longer recognize familiar constellations without the aid of a star chart.
