- Spacious Accommodations: Our villa comfortably houses up to 8 guests (6 adults and two kids) in 4 elegantly designed bedrooms: 1 ensuite Master with access to the pool deck (kings size mattress, 2nd bedroom with access to the garden (king size mattress), 3rd bedroom with two twin size beds, 4th bedroom with access to the pool deck (comfy sleeper couch, queen size).

SENSATIONELL, TRAUMHAFT, FIRST CLASS

Wunderschön. Wir haben die Zeit vom 22.12.2019 bis zum 14.01.2020 in diesem Paradies verbracht. Sensationell, Perfekt gelegen, Betreuung während Aufenthalt First Class , es hat alles gestimmt von A bis Z und uns fällt nichts ein was nicht gepasst hat. Wenn etwas war, war der Support via Eigentümer und Vor Ort sensationell, jede Anfrage oder Bemerkung wurde innert wenigen Stunden erledigt und bearbeitet. Die Eigentümer sind Vorzeigevermieter die alles halten was Sie versprechen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Die zeit ist viel zu schnell vergangen.

Ein Traum

Wir waren schon in vielen Florida Villen, die Lage am Fluss toppt eine Villa am Kanal. Daher haben wir unsere morgendlichen Ausflüge mit dem Kajak genossen oder die schönen Ausblicke von der Terasse oder dem Steg, der von unserem Sohn eifrig zum Angeln benutzt wurde. Es ist alles bestens ausgestattet und die 2 Seitenarme (wings) in der Hausgestaltung, die die Schlafbereiche trennen schaffen Privatsphäre in dem großzügig dimensionierten Haus. Wir kommen normalerweise nicht zweimal an einen Ort um Urlaub zu machen, hier können wir es uns definitiv vorstellen. Wir waren mit 5 Erwachsenen im Riverpearl.

Alles was man braucht findet man hier 😍 Dieses Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen, Erholung ist vorprogrammiert. Birgit und Thomas sind super lieb und hilfsbereit und es fehlt einem hier an nichts. Alles sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit Liebe zum Detail dekoriert. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Wir waren Erwachsene und 1 Kind.

Amazing place we love to stay at!

Once you’ve arrived, read the welcome orientation booklet and settled in, it’s easy to forget that you’re in a rental house in Florida. It feels much more like a dear friend (a well organized, neat friend) lent you their home. Birgit has hit the perfect tone to fit the part: she’s professional, dealing clearly and neatly with the business end of the relationship, and friendly and helpful – offering suggestions of things to do in the area, tailor-made responses to any comment or question you can pose, all responded to in a timely manner through email. The next door neighbours are also helpful and friendly – there if you need them, and not “in your pocket” – therefore also hitting the right mark after a wonderful welcome. The kitchen is well equipped (not only with gadgets, it’s also got spices and more. Both the Nespresso coffee maker and regular drip pot were well appreciated through our stay. Each of the rooms is decorated tastefully – and practically. The children’s room and other king bed room were conveniently located on the other side of the home with their own bathroom, offering privacy for both sets of folks. An additional guest room (day bed) with a lovely light and easy access to the lanai. The spacious lanai had room for both the shade lovers and the sun lovers.The grill and outdoor kitchen were clean and easy to use. And there are enough chairs for everyone: comfy upright and lots of loungers. We lived out there – even when it was raining! There is not only one but two tables and chairs for outdoor eating. If opportunities to be on the water yourself intrigue, there’s a kayak and canoe just outside the door – complete with life jackets in the garage. The sunsets! Oh, the sunsets! Whether you want to gaze at the glorious sky from the chair with a cocktail in your hand, the end of the dock, or the beach (only a drive down the road), they’re remarkable! There are many towels – for inside and out. Coolers and bags and dishes and toys and chairs for the beach are plentiful. There’s even an umbrella! If you DO want to leave the house, everything’s pretty close. The local grocery stores, Trader Joe’s and others (use Brigit’s Winn-Dixie card and get bargains), special events in Naples, FtMyers or right here in Bonita Springs, and the mega shopping areas (Coconut Pointe, Miromar, etc.) are all within easy reach. It’s the first place in many years of VRBOing, we can’t wait to come back to!

Einfach traumhaft!

Von Beginn an hatten wir einen tollen Kontakt mit den Hauseigentümern. Immer zeitnah und sehr informativ. Wir wurden ganz oft mit aktuellen Veranstaltungen bestens versorgt. Das Haus ist wunderschön - sehr großzügig, toller Grundschnitt und das beste ist der Poolbereich. Wir haben so viele Tiere beobachtet vom Bootssteg aus - Manatees und sogar einen Delphin. Die Lage ist perfekt - genau wie beschrieben - nur wenige Minuten zum Strand (oft sind wir eben noch mal schnell zum Sonnenuntergang an den Strand gefahren) oder auch zum shoppen nach Naples oder in eine nahegelegene Mall. Wir hatten eine super schöne Zeit und kommen sicher wieder.

Tolle Villa in bester Lage!

Die Villa ist großzügig und hochwertig eingerichetet, mit allem, was man braucht. Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir herzlich von Sarah empfangen und schon vor der Anreise war der Kontakt zur Vermieterin sehr nett. Alle Fragen wurden ausführlich beantwortet. Auch mit Tips zu Unternehmungen oder Events hat sie uns bestens versorgt. Besonders toll an der Ferienvilla ist die Lage direkt am Wasser!!! Es gibt keine direkten Nachbarn die Blick auf den Poolbereich haben. Wir haben viele Tiere im Wasser und auch außerhalb beobachten können und kommen sicher wieder.

My husband and I loved staying at this house. It was even better than the pictures. It had a great location to walk to downtown Bonita and was about a 15 minute drive to the beach. We enjoyed hanging out by the pool and watching the boats go by. We would definitely stay here again.

Just what we needed

The most relaxing vacation we’ve had in years!!We stayed with our 16 year old and she loved laying by the pool and the amount of space we all had to spread out. We had to work some days and wifi was perfect and the 4th bedroom was a great office space. I can’t say enough about Birgit, the owner couldn’t be more accommodating and supplies everything you could need. Communication is consistent and always replies when you have a question. The neighborhood was wonderful and quiet. We will absolutely be back! We had a wonderful time!

Better Than Expected!

Just beautiful! Birgit (property owner) was very attentive and friendly and made herself available. Everything was neat and clean when we arrived. In South Florida you sometimes have to contend with unwanted pests in your house. There was none of that. We were able to enjoy a worry free vacation together and it felt just like we were home. It was central to all the things we love about the Fort Myers Beach area. I don’t know what else to say besides I highly recommend this property.

Fun on the river, on the beach and combiner to restaurants and shops. Centrally located of you want to run up to aft Meyers or down to Naples and Marco Island. The outdoor living space is AMAZING! We enjoyed the mango and avocado trees as well.

Relaxing getaway

We have visited the SW gulf area for many years and always stay near water, this lovely home is located on a river canal which provided a nice breeze and the palm trees allowed for shade over the lanai. We so enjoyed the pool with all the options for seating within the lanai, most often we opened all the sliders to the home because even at 88+ degrees we were comfortable without the a/c. We kayaked and canoed and saw dolphin and manatee just off of the dock. We love the area and plan to come back!

We had a great last minute family get away! Owners were super flexible & responsive to our last minute changes. Got few great recommendations for local places from them! Barefoot beach & Delnor -Wiggins were amazing! (Both 10-15 mins drive from the property) saw dolphins at Barefoot beach right by the shore - was amazing! Can’t wait to be back!!!

Calm, quiet and relaxing family getaway for my husband and myself and our 3 boys.

My husband, 3 boys and and myself planned to travel to Florida from Springfield, MO for our wedding and were trying to decide on a beach view or a canal/river access home. After further review of many options for both, we went with this lovely, quaint home in Bonita Springs that offered much more than just a beach view. The beaches were only a 5 minute drive and baking in the sun all day isn’t everybody's idea of a family getaway. This home allowed for a variety of things to do while we stayed. Our 15 year old enjoyed being able to use the fishing poles and crab basket daily/nightly while fishing from the dock on the canal. He caught a variety of fish and also blue crabs using shrimp that we found from a local bait shop. As a family, we took the canoe and kayaks out to sight see around the canal. We actually spotted several gators and thought that was pretty neat. The home is very spacious and allows for a good number of people. Plenty of amenities were provided including beach towels, beach chairs, pool toys/floats, fishing poles and nets, a large patio with a screened in pool and outdoor cooking area. Not only did we greatly enjoy our stay, but the owners were very kind and quick to respond if we had any questions. We would definitely stay here again if we visit the area in the future. I have nothing but great things to say about this home, the owners and the location. We highly recommend anyone who is searching for a vacation home in the area to seek this one out. Excellent communication with owner throughout our time there. The house was well furnished (furniture, beach supplies, spices, bike, and so much more). The location is excellent as it is tucked away at the end of a drive and sits right next to the river. Kayaks and a canoe were available with the house and could be launched right from the back yard! The salt water pool was well maintained and provided another option if we didn’t feel like heading to the beach. The beach, however was only 8 min away! Grocery stores nearby so you could cook at home if you wanted. There is even a grill. Living spaces inside and outside of the house. We would definitely book this house again when we return to Florida.

2 week getaway

The house was stocked with everything you could need. The lanai was our favorite spot to enjoy dinner, cocktails and watching all the activity on the river. It was a wonderful oasis while we spent time house hunting.

Perfect Family Vacation Home

We booked this beautiful house for our family vacation and it did not disappoint! Lots of room for all of us to spread out and the location was quiet and convenient to shopping and beaches. The lanai was awesome, had lots of seating and lounging areas and a nice grill and dining space - we spent most of our time here relaxing by the pool and enjoying the sunny weather. Brigit and Rhonda (housekeeper) were both very quick to respond to all our questions. We would definitely stay at this property again and highly recommend it to anyone planning to visit the area.

Wonderful Christmas Break

We just returned from a wonderful, relaxing two week stay at Brigit's property in Bonita Springs, FL. First of all, Brigit is extremely helpful and excellent at communication. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We had to move our flights a day early because of a huge snowstorm coming to New York- I emailed Brigit three days before departing and she allowed us to come a day early! She checked in on us to make sure we were doing well throughout our stay and sent recommendations for boat rentals and Christmas activities throughout the week. She wanted to ensure we had the best time! My 6 and 9 year old had a ball in the pool. We were poolside most of the two weeks. We enjoyed kayaking in the river- we saw iguanas and jumping fish! We went to the beach- an easy 8 minute drive away and ate outside on the beach at Doc's. Brigit has all the beach chairs, sand toys/buckets/shovels you could need, pool toys and floating toys- beach towels- you just have to show up! My kids liked the two mini-golf courses near by and there were so many grocery stores in close proximity, it made it easy to get groceries and cook. The kitchen is really well equipped with any pots, pans, plates you could ever need and the outdoor grill is wonderful too. The house is spacious and quiet at the end of the street. There was some construction across the river, but it wasn't too loud. My husband and I were able to work from home during one of our weeks and the internet connection could handle us both zooming. The bedrooms are spacious- especially the master bathroom! All in all there is everything you could need for a family to rest, relax and enjoy,. I highly recommend this rental home- particularly during quarantine, You don't have to leave, you have plenty of space, it's very comfortable, the owner is helpful and accomodating and as long as the weather is good- you are in for a treat! 5 stars!
