Surrounded by mature palms and lush tropical landscaping, this spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bath home accommodates up to 10 guests and offers plenty of privacy while keeping you close to beaches, dining, shopping and everything Southwest Florida has to offer.

The Space

Step inside to a bright, open living area with vaulted ceilings, comfortable seating and a Smart TV. The spacious living room also features a queen sleeper sofa for additional sleeping accommodations. Large sliding doors connect the living space directly to the screened lanai and pool, making it easy to enjoy indoor-outdoor Florida living.

The updated kitchen features white cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, generous counter space and everything you need to prepare meals at home.

Sleeping Arrangements

Primary Bedroom
Relax in the spacious primary suite featuring a king bed, TV and direct access to the pool and lanai. The adjoining bathroom offers dual sinks and plenty of space to get ready.

Guest Bedroom
The second bedroom features a king bed and provides another comfortable retreat with plenty of room to unpack and settle in.

Bunk Room
Perfect for families, the third bedroom features a fun bunk setup with a king bed below and twin bed above, along with a twin trundle bed.

Living Room
A queen sleeper sofa provides additional sleeping accommodations, allowing the home to comfortably welcome larger families and groups.

Outdoor Living

The screened lanai is where this home really shines. Spend your days swimming in the private heated pool, relaxing in the spa or soaking up the Florida sunshine.

Multiple seating areas give everyone room to spread out, while the covered outdoor dining area is perfect for morning coffee, casual lunches or dinner by the pool. A TV on the lanai means you don`t have to head inside to catch the game or your favorite show.

Beyond the screened pool area, the oversized tropical yard provides an unusual amount of green space and privacy.

Fun and Extras

There`s plenty to keep everyone entertained even when you`re not at the beach. Challenge the family to a game of ping pong in the garage, corn hole out back or grab one of the provided bikes and explore the area.

Beach gear is also available to make your Southwest Florida beach days easier.

Whether you`re planning a family vacation, a getaway with friends or an extended Southwest Florida stay, Paradise Palms Retreat offers the space, privacy and amenities for groups of up to 10 guests to relax and enjoy their time together.

Guests will have full access to the property, pool area, yard and garage. There is parking on the driveway and you are also welcomed to park in the garage.

We manage this beautiful vacation home for the owners and are available by phone or text anytime during your stay. There will be a comprehensive house manual at the property as well as online and we will send your check in details and directions the day before your arrival date.

Our guest experience is important to us and we want to make sure the property and location are right for you and your expectations are met, to ensure a great vacation!

The pool does not have a barrier, so children must be kept under supervision at all times in any outdoor areas.
Pets. We will consider small dogs (no cats) under 35lbs but ONLY with approval. Please inquire BEFORE booking and tell us a little about your furry family member. There is a non-refundable $100 pet fee. If we give permission for a furry guest, please ensure they stay off the furniture, beds and out of the pool.

Pool: Please note that there is no pool barrier, so children of all ages must be supervised at all times. You (occupant) agree to assume all risks associated with the use of the swimming pool and of the swimming pool’s existence on the property and will not hold the owner or property managers liable.

The pool is heated and is serviced once a week, so please leave the screen door to the pool open. Please do not touch the pool controls and please notify us if there is an issue. Thank you for your understanding!

This home is a private residential community and we kindly ask that you respect the neighbors and community as a whole. Please keep noise down before 8am and after 9pm.

We know you will be considerate, but understand that accidents do happen. If damage occurs during your stay, please notify the property manager immediately.
